Presenting Multi-Factor Authentication
Upon login, our Online Banking customers will be prompted to enroll in this advanced security feature. Click here to view our online Flash Tutorial and learn how easy it is to add extra security to your online banking experience (requires Flash Player version 8 or higher).
What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requires our Online Banking users to provide something beyond today's username and password to log in. This enhanced security feature means that even if a user has their password stolen by fraud or by malicious software, the perpetrators cannot access your online accounts because they do not possess the additional factors needed.
Superior technology means maximum security.
This superior security technology protects your accounts from unauthorized access. It identifies you as the true owner of your accounts by recognizing not only your password, but your computer as well.
If the we don’t recognize your computer -- because you've logged in from a public computer or one you haven't used before -- we'll ask you for information that only you will know as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access.
Enhanced Login Security will:
- Help protect you on any computer you’re using, wherever you are.
- Defend against identity theft and fraud.
- Make it easy for you to bank online anytime, anywhere.
